  • Saudi Citizens
  • Expat Residents with a valid Iqama
  • Legal representatives on behalf of others

✅ Requirements Before Filing

  • Valid Absher account for login
  • All related documents and evidence (in digital format)
  • Details of the party you're filing the complaint against

📝 Steps to File a Complaint on Najiz

  1. Visit the official Najiz portal: https://najiz.sa
  2. Click on "Sign In" at the top right corner
  3. Login via Absher using your Iqama number and OTP
  4. From the main dashboard, go to "E-Services"
  5. Select "Submit a Lawsuit" or "File a Complaint"
  6. Fill in the required fields: type of complaint, reason, and details
  7. Upload supporting documents (PDF, Word, Images)
  8. Submit your complaint after reviewing
  9. You will receive a case number and SMS/email confirmation
